Scrap Parade – Delete your account

In the game (fastest)

Settings → Delete account. This deletes right away: your cloud save, your arena squad, your ranking entries, your player and the save on this device.

Without the game

Send an e-mail to scrapparade.game@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account”. Include your player name and, if you can, your player ID (Settings → Account). We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Player ID and cloud save (progress, settings, age group)
• Arena squad, ranking entries, clan membership
• Error reports and chat reports linked to your player ID

What is kept

• Usage data stored without player ID (line-ups and statistics with date only). It cannot be assigned to you.
• Chat messages already delivered by Vivox are removed after their normal storage period.
• Past arena seasons that are already archived keep your name and score of that season.
• Your Unity account (if you linked one) stays. Delete it at player-account.unity.com/delete-account.

Einstellungen → Konto löschen. Das löscht sofort: deinen Cloud-Spielstand, deinen Arena-Trupp, deine Ranglisten-Einträge, deinen Spieler und den Spielstand auf diesem Gerät.

Ohne das Spiel

Schreib eine E-Mail an scrapparade.game@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Gib deinen Spielernamen an und, wenn möglich, deine Spieler-ID (Einstellungen → Konto). Wir löschen deine Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen per E-Mail. Eventuell fragen wir nach, um sicherzugehen, dass das Konto dir gehört.

Was gelöscht wird

• Spieler-ID und Cloud-Spielstand (Fortschritt, Einstellungen, Altersgruppe)
• Arena-Trupp, Ranglisten-Einträge, Clan-Mitgliedschaft
• Fehlerberichte und Chat-Meldungen, die an deiner Spieler-ID hängen

Was bleibt

• Nutzungsdaten ohne Spieler-ID (Aufstellungen und Statistik, nur mit Datum). Sie lassen sich dir nicht zuordnen.
• Bereits zugestellte Chat-Nachrichten verschwinden nach der normalen Speicherdauer bei Vivox.
• Bereits archivierte Arena-Saisons behalten Namen und Punkte dieser Saison.
• Dein Unity-Konto (falls verknüpft) bleibt bestehen. Löschen unter player-account.unity.com/delete-account.
